Redevelopment Process

Memorandum of Understanding

The redevelopment process begins by establishing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with all stakeholders involved. This document outlines the key terms and conditions of the project, including the scope of work, timelines, responsibilities, and financial arrangements.

Finalizing the Redevelopment Plan

Following the MoU, we proceed to finalize the redevelopment plan. This step encompasses the development of architectural designs, infrastructure enhancements, amenities, and other vital components. Once the plan is complete, it is submitted to the appropriate authorities for necessary approvals and sanctions.

Development Agreement

After securing the required approvals, a development agreement is executed with the stakeholders. This agreement clearly delineates the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of each party, detailing the timelines, financial commitments, and the specific scope of work.

Relocation and Demolition

Before construction can commence, current occupants are relocated to temporary accommodations. Once everyone has been moved, the existing structures are demolished in alignment with the approved redevelopment plan.
